Called to the Quebec Bar in 1972, Mr. Beaudet’s practice focuses on Business Law. He has developed particular expertise in the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring, Financing and Tax Law. He has been involved in the setting up of several native bodies of financial nature and of nationwide relevance. Mr. Beaudet has served on numerous boards of companies and non-profit organizations adding to the breadth of experience that he offers our clients, experience that is complemented by his keen discernment and determination to overcome any obstacle.
