Having graduated from Laval University in 1986 and been called to the Quebec Bar in 1987, Ms. Lavoie is a member of our litigation team.

Since 1996, she has developed particular expertise in Ethics, Professional and Disciplinary Law and advises syndics of numerous associations or professional orders that she represents before disciplinary committees and courts of common law jurisdiction.

Our clientele and our partners regularly call upon her to either assist in or literally take over litigation files that are particularly touchy or require creative solutions. Ms. Lavoie has consequently been of great help to the firm in the preparation and presentation of class action lawsuits as well as in litigation cases in fields as varied as Constitutional, Native or even Competition Law. She is presently developing a particular expertise in Environmental Law.

She is well appreciated for her deep legal reasoning abilities as well as her argumentational skills, regardless of the field of law.
