Gagné Letarte Avocats

Serge Belleau holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Laval University. Admitted to the Bar in 1983, he started his career at Gagné Letarte law firm, practising civil litigation and labour law before specialising in the latter. He represents the firm's clients before civil, criminal, administrative and arbitration tribunals. He also regularly acts as an employer spokesperson in collective agreement negotiations. Recognised as an expert in interpreting and applying the Act respecting industrial accidents and occupational diseases, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Act respecting labour standards and the Quebec and Canada Labour Codes, he advises and represents various manufacturing and service companies, as well as parapublic and paramunicipal organisations.
